Is there a file/web page somewhere that tells me the name/e-mail of the
people corresponding to DJGPP's CVS usernames? Just so I can tell
rcs2log to use full names.
Currently, there's one username I haven't been able to identify ('rho'),
but it would be nice to have some reference point.

Alternatively, how about including a ChangeLog in the top dir of the
DJGPP CVS tree? It should be easy enough to maintain (either through
rcs2log, or by having people include a ChangeLog entry with their
patches).
