Thanks Martin...

So, what we do now?... I think we can use FAT32 (on systems where such calls
are available) and then check if it is a CDROM. If bsize != 2048, then we
use CDROM calls...

Here is a quick draft of what I have in mind...

    Int 21, AX=7303
    if (fails)
    {
        Int 21, AX=7202
        .
        .
        .
    }
    else
    {
        if (_is_cdrom && bsize != 2048)
        {
            use_cdrom_calls;
        }
        else
        {
            it's a dvd, or something else...
        }
    }

I'm guessing that 217303 _always_ sets bsize = 2048 for DVDs and anything
else for CDs...
