Not easily, since we no longer control virtual memory.  Perhaps
cwsdpmi has such a feature, but it would be hard to do in Windows.

There are only a few places in libc where we switch to real mode,
though, if you want to put some hooks in there.  It would only affect
programs built with that library, though.
