OS/2 doesn't use FAT at all.  I doubt if the OS/2 DOS box supports the 
FAT32-special functions.  At least RBIL is silent on that.

Given that OS/2 is hardly a popular DJGPP platrform, I think we should 
play it safe and not try functions and bits that aren't documented to 
work on that platform, the same as we do on DOS versions known not to 
support FAT32.
