Hello.

Please find below a diff that adds a description of what n, p mean in
the descriptions of the FD_* macros.

Without this patch, if you are unfamiliar with select(), you will have
to read through to the example to see that p is an 'fd_set *'. This
catches me out every time I read the select() page.
