Patches that were too radical to be included in v2.03 were postponed,
but that's about all.  "No one too often" seems like an unfair
description of this.

I have most of the patches safely stashed away, and in addition,
everything posted here is archived on DJ's server.  So nothing's
ever ``lost''.

However, as usual, the best way of having something done is to sit
down and do that...
