Presumably texinfo 4.0's HTML isn't used because a) it's effort to switch,
b) it doesn't support splitting up the HTML output into multiple files =>
slow, unnavigable, etc.?

[Grins] Part of asking the question was a desire to fix this. So, yes,
I'll produce a patch at some point.
