Like I said, it was my fault. I made changes to headers, then
started building library and in the meantime I was testing how 
stdarg.h/varargs.h works with GCC 2.95/2.96. When I had ensured
that it works, vprintf() stuff has been built too, and I simply
forgot about wc204.txi correctness :(

Apologies for that. I'll do my best to avoid such things in future.
