Did that, get it at ftp://is.elta.co.il/pub/make_nohook.zip.

The archive includes, in addition to make.exe, also all the object
files and libraries required to link Make, in case you'd like to play
with selectively enabling parts of dpmiexcp.c (which is also
included).
