Actually, lack of documentation doesn't mean anything except that
there's a documentation bug ;-).  I think the policy is to document
every external function, even if it's written for internal use.  Even
_put_path is documented.

Also, __dosexec_find_on_path is used in several ports, e.g. Make and
test.exe from Sh-utils.  So perhaps it's better to make it agree with
__spawnve.
