I'm using QEMM with CWSDPMI from day one, and I never, ever had any
problems with that combination. And I mean _never_. Not once.

Now, I don't know what is QEMM 9, my version is 8.03 and I stopped
updating it after that. Perhaps QEMM 9, if such a beast indeed exists,
introduced some incompatibility, in which case it's something to look
into. I used all versions of QEMM from 6.x without any significant
problems.

That's because nobody reported them until now.

Note that using QDPMI, at least with versions of QEMM up to 8.x, is not a
good idea: it uses about 100KB of conventional memory for each DPMI
client, even if it is nested, so you run out of DOS memory in recursive
Make's. That is why I only use QDPMI for testing (it is loaded at boot
time, but disabled, and I enable it with a command-line utility).
