I don't understand what exactly wants the reporter but I get the same
behavior under DOS and Linux. I looks like ios::hex doesn't work or is just
wrongly used. What I'm sure is that it isn't djgpp specific.

P.S. All values are parsed and printed in decimal under both OSs.
