I think the problems with version 1.4 are so grave that the above
pales by comparison.  It doesn't make sense to have the zip picker
point to a buggy version, just so we could tell everybody to get a
better one elsewhere.

I think we should put the latest version on SimTel.NET and replace it
later by newer versions as they become available.  There's no rule
that a SimTel upload cannot be replaced a few days after it was
uploaded, if the need arises.

Sometimes, the worst enemy of The Good is The Better...
