I'm working on stdint.h, but I need to know when the header is
included as a C++ header file, so I need a constant that is defined
while compiling C++ but not C.

Example:
#if this_is_C++
#define MACRO_ONLY_SEEN_IN_C++ (1)
#endif

What is the correct name for "this_is_C++"?

Yes, The Ladder,
