I don't think you'll need to handle it, ever, as it will never be
generated, in DOS/DJGPP programs. OTOH, the 'configure' script of the
package should still detect the lack of 'SIGCONT' on the target platform
and deactivate the relevant parts of the programs, automatically. I.e.
this might constitute a bug in shutils 2.0f beta.
