Well, DJGPP is already on that list, since we don't support symlinks.

You could actually support Cygwin-created symlinks by looking at the
size *and* the attributes.  If you don't turn on the system attribute
in the symlinks DJGPP creates, then it's probably okay.

Anyway, perhaps we can convince DJ to put on his Cygwin hat and change
their implementation to match ours ;-).
