No, that's not what I meant to say.  I was just explaining my views.  
However, I won't dream dictating my views to the rest if I'm the only one 
who shares them.

As DJ wrote once, a long time ago, ``DJGPP is a benevolent monarchy''.  
But I am not the monarch ;-).

So if you want to work on this, please do.  If nobody else besides me 
objects, your work will be included in v2.04.
