It's so with DJGPP port of egcs-1.1.1 and should be so with upcomming
release of egcs-1.1.2

It's removed already for some time (egcs-1.1.1, now uploaded binaries of
egcs-1.1.2-pre3). I put in builtin specs only definition of DJGPP=2
