Subject: itimer patch and profiling

I have tried Eli's itimer patch for profiling, and it certainly seems to
work fine. I've tested it on DOS, Windows 98, and Dosemu, and all give
perfectly feasible profiles. (I used the Calc arbitrary precision
calculator finding the factorial of 10000.)

Perhaps someone who's familiar with the itimer code should improve the
test, so we can have some confidence that we won't break them anymore.
