There's no reason to split the Info file if the official GNU
distribution comes with it unsplit.  You should always go with the
mainstream, unless DJGPP requires you to diverge.

In fact, splitting Info files where the Makefile doesn't do that
automatically might cause confusion when people rebuild and install
the new binaries, since some of the old files are not overwritten.
