Based on past experience, I'm against removing features.  Somebody
will need it, and usually that happens within hours of releasing the
version where it is removed.

I suggest to change it to look for libstdcxx.a and leave it there.  If
GCC distribution insists on calling g++.exe gxx.exe, then rename the
one in djdev to gpp.exe or some such.
