Not necessarily.  For example, I'd never claim this about any package 
which I fix and upload.  There's always one more bug, but that is no good 
reason for not weeding out the previous one (even though you run the risk 
of introducing new bugs).

I wish I had the same confidence in the quality of my code as you have, 
Tom!  I also wish I had some evidence to back it up ;-).  But thanks
