Thanks, that's now a bug of me.

Maybe a

make install prefix=$DJDIR ...

works.

That's now really bad. But currently I haven't the time
to check it.

If you mean the last discussion in djgpp-workers and if you
want to apply them only for yor own, then you should do. But
if you plan to make the DJGPP port gcc 2.8.1 then you should
wait (or discuss also) until we came to a final solution.
