Right, I figured that. :\ But I don't think there'd be significantly more
than there already are, since I bet NULL dereferences are a lot more common
than text section writes. Maybe, on a page fault, CWSDPMI should print a
message saying, "This probably wasn't caught by Windows!!" ;-)

Perhaps it could be enabled by a crt0 flag to start with?

Is there any way to check whether read-only pages will work with CWSDPMI? (I
only have r3 here so I might not be of much help.)
