So what? What do *we* care what the cygwin stuff #define, and what not? 
After all, this is the DJGPP libc source, not Cygwin's one, right? 

This would only make a difference if Cygnus were to include this very same
source in their libc, instead of implementing their own FSEXT  (Setting
aside wether they'd be allowed to do that according to COPYING.DJ).
