Yes, of course.  But the special meaning of 3 dots and more is not an OS
feature, it seems like the new COMMAND.COM (and maybe the external
commands which come with Windows 95) implement it, so it has no effect on
the DJGPP meaning of `...'.  Unless, of course, somebody would claim that
DJGPP programs don't support multiple dots the way Windows 95 does (to
which claim I would reply that DJGPP does quite a few things differently,
and for a good reason...).
