Subject:	Bugs in djverify 0.3a

In a word, *oops*!  After uploading vrfy03a.zip to DJ's site last night,
I discovered a couple of nasty bugs in the code.  Hey, nobody's
perfect.  :)  I tried to upload a fixed version tonight, but delorie.com
seems to be down.  I'll try again tomorrow morning.

Version 0.31 alpha:
    *Bugfixes*
	- In summary and quick mode, the environment checks weren't done.
	- Scanning the PATH for files didn't use _fixpath, so the comparison
	  code failed.
	- The log file message still appeared with -O option.
	- Menu choices defaulted to previous if no number was entered.
	- Made line spacing look better.
