That was a stupid bug indeed, thanks for a clear identification.  A 
patched binary of make.exe is available immediately on my machine as 
ftp://is.elta.co.il/pub/make.exe.  Please try it and tell me if it solves 
your problem.

DJ, I will upload the corrected mak375s.zip to your /incoming directory, 
please update SimTel when your time allows.
