Subject: long doubles solution

I have found another way to put enhanced long double support
into libm. IMHO, it is quite good.

Just put into crt0 a reference to _ld_e_cvt. That's all.
If libm will be put on the command line, _ld_e_cvt will be taken
from libm, thus causing doprnt to work in the new way.

Well, that will cause linking extra 15k any time libm is used,
even if printf is not used. But I think that is not so bad.

BTW, _ld_e_cvt and other changes are in my previous posting.
