Bzzzz... wrong answer!  (IMHO).  The reasons to say NO to Win3.x and to 
Win95 are the same.  Unless the fix is VERY hard to accomplish (which in 
this case it ain't as far as I understand), we shouldn't force people 
into (or out of) any specific environment.
