What Linux distribution are You using?
If it is RPM based You may be able to find RPM packages at
ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/rpms or old versions at
ftp://ftp.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/deleted/rpms/
An alternative place is http://ap1.pp.fi/djgpp/gcc/
You can also get some hints from specs file in SRPM package
how to build cross-compiler if for example Debian based
distribution is being used
