All the serious problems seem to have been corrected. However, no corrected
code has been put into archive djlsr204.zip. My version of the archive is
fairly clean except for the following warnings:
dbgcom.c:39: warning: 'id' defined but not used
fcntl.c:277: warning: passing arg 3 of pointer to function from incompatible
pointer type
fullscr.c:1772: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break
strict-aliasing rules
epunzip.c:61: warning: dereferencing type-punned pointer will break
strict-aliasing rules
{ plus a lot more in epunzip.c of this ilk}
