It has been suggested to remove the character conversion lib licv17[bs].zip
because  
there is a new one. I do not like this because licv17[bs].zip is the right
version  
needed for the gettext library gtxt040[bds].zip. I have never seriuosly
tested if it  
works together with the new licv192[bds].zip and I have not the time to port
the  
actual gettext library to getting a working pair of libraries. To avoid any 
inconveniences and incompatibilities I wuold suggest to keep the old
licv17[bs].zip. 
If same day the new gettext library is ported then the old licv17[bs].zip
can be 
removed together with the old gettext library.
