I've decided to include the part above in setlocal.txh. But there a
problem on this line (I can't quite parse it):

(I can't make sense of "@code{_EURO} @var{euro}".)

Also, is euro really capitalised in English? Do you really write 15
Pounds and 20 Dollars?
