I updated the DSM to include the authors "The Timezone Caballeros", as
described by the README file. "Caballeros" means gentlemen in Spanish, I
believe. I also added the e-mail address and the FTP site.

That's the wrong field for that kind of information.
author-web-site is the right place for the author's website.
dsm-author-web-site is the place for the DSM author's website. This is where
you could go to look for a new DSM.
BTW there's a new version of the time zone files - 7.11. We seem to have 7.10
in CVS. I guess it's time to update our CVS. Something else to do before final
release.
