There's nothing to patch, only a file to add (well, a small obvious Makefile change to have it compiled and included in libc.a). I posted that file along with some remarks (available as 2003/02/10/07:08:30 in the archive), but no one commented that; there was discussion about the actual stack checking code that would be generated by gcc (which got improved).
