Presumably you've added a line like this to src/utils/makefile:
EXTRA_FILES += $(INFO)/djasm.inf
The rule you are looking for is in src/makefile.inc:
$(INFO)/%.inf : %.tex
makeinfo --no-split $<
Hence you need to rename djasm.txi to djasm.tex or add a rule for making %.inf
from %.txi.
