/djgpp/manifest in CVS seems "dead" - it contains the mft and ver files
from 2.02.  They certainly don't seem to belong in "HEAD" - I suggest
cvs removing them all.

Maybe the 2.03 files should have been checked in here (they never 
were) - but that's a separate issue.
