Not yet. Work from the "first pass" that needs doing:
* restrict;
* make strto* understand NAN and INFINITY;
* tidy up the headers to put C99 functions in C99 sections & add stubs for C99
functions called by C89 (if any).
Then there's all the maths-related to-dos.
