That is what was in the tarball that I started with on Wednsday night that I
doenload from Andris's ftp site.

I suspect that it is because of the major changes to additional packages
required as follows:-

               1.5      1.6
GDB      5.2.1    5.3
TV         1.14      2.01
SEtedit    0.4.x    0.5.x
