Yes, I am the mysterious Mr. X. ;) But Mr. W (K. B. Williams) wrote the code.

If someone else wants to take a look, yes. Although it compiles fine for me.

AFAIK K. B. Williams hasn't written a test suite yet. If you have some
programs that use C99 maths functions and some way of checking their
behaviour, then please run it against K. B. Williams's code.
I haven't had much time to look at the C99 maths functions.
