My 5cents worth, it't the smallest coint we have in OZ.
Most commercial companies, including the one that officially droped MS-DOS
on 31-Dec-2002 has the (c) 1995-2003, so I think it may depend on the lawyer
and the question asked and the country they are in. At work we use the
1995,1996 and then in 1997 change it to 1995-1997 etc as it is more
readable.
IMHO I don't care so long as it is readable and not to long.
