I'm having all sorts of problems.  Make fails with pipe can't find 
directory errors.  I set shell=/djgpp/bin/sh, that went away.  But
then makemake fails.  Entering command.com makes that one go away
sometimes.  I think these may be related to horribly long paths
and other crap on this new box, but It's interesting to see what
the masses might go through on their first CVS build on W2K...
Will see if I can find fixes to make more robust.
