I choose what goes in the mini-faq based on what is most commonly used
by people, and thus what they're most likely to have the wrong
versions for, when having the wrong version causes FAQs.

There are many packages not listed in the mini-FAQ. The ones not
listed are either not commonly used, not updated often, or won't cause
problems if not updated.

If the list gets too big, the sheer size will discourate people from
reading it. I'm trying to balance it so that it is most helpful to
the most people. Do you think autoconf and automake fall into this
category? I wouldn't think anyone who isn't developing software would
need them, and since a majority of djgpp users only use the
prepackaged software, I don't see it as a major issue.

On the other hand, I would really like simtel to have the latest
rhide, and add rhide to the list. That gets asked about a lot.
