A few days ago I set up a friend with DJGPP via the zip-picker,
and it recommended gcc 321b (IIRC).  It was not found on the auto
selected mirror location (sorry, I don't remember which that was),
so I connected to the mirror site with FTP and found the latest
available there was 31b (which works fine for him).  This is just
a heads-up.
