It will be, that's what will go on simtel.  It would be worth noting you
need the updated version (dated after June 2002) in the howto if you
are building GCC 3.x

I'm wondering if the old howto (lets call it howto-gcc281) and the
new howto (call it howto-gcc32) should be in the djcrx203 or only on
www.delorie.com?
