I don't care which files are put into LIBC so long as one or the other is
put in by someone.

In the future could there be a problem in the semantics which will cause a
failure of long long v's long long int with regards to C++ which does type
mangaling when generating a functionn name. This is the only issue that may
affect the LIBC going forward.
