> What is the current status of the official DJGPP (as downloadable from > djdelorie-site with zippicker. Does it work with Win2k and WinXP? Most images should work fine. If there are any old distributions which have not been updated yet (with binaries dated before December 2001) they have not been tested - so may have problems. If you find any on Simtel and mirrors (which are picked by the zip picker) which don't work properly on XP, you should let us know. > I remember that some time ago I had to download from an "unofficial DJGPP" > site to get patched versions of GCC, GPP and some libs because the official > downloads didn't seem to work on my XP-box. We have refreshed many distributions and they have been put on Simtel and mirrors. While it's not recommended to mix the Simtel (2.03) release and unofficial (CVS/2.04) binaries, if you are missing a key distribution from Simtel you could try the one from the unofficial site to see if it fixes a problem under XP.
