About documentation package: 

built (under Linux) all DOCS included in HTML, PS, DVI and PDF formats.
TeX temporary files are not included as I think they are not needed for 
end user and also one needs to have source archive to rebuild docs
anyway.

Below is list of files what bnu2121d.zip would contain.
Is it Ok? The size of archive is rather big (>6Mb) though.

One problem: makeinfo-4.2 failed to generate title for part of 
HTML docs. I left files as they are without any editting.
