I recall that I've already had a problem with that and part of the problem was that uclock() does not check status from RTC. Can you please look on bug 000245 (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/bugs/show.cgi?000245)? As far as I remember, I had very stable results under Win95. I can't speek about Windows NT and it's clones since at that time I had no access to them and now I'm not intrested in the uclock() at all.
